Noelia Leiro is the CEO and founder of Actualizatec, a consulting firm specializing in mobile app marketing and growth based in Barcelona.

Noelia has more than 15 years of experience in the industry.

With more than 600 projects completed, he has led ASO, paid ads, app analytics, and growth consulting strategies for leading companies such as SEAT, CaixaBank, Vueling, Biwenger, and Domino’s Pizza, among others.
Her approach combines data analysis with tactical execution: from optimizing App Store and Google Play listings to implementing Apple Search Ads and Google UAC campaigns, as well as retention and monetization strategies for apps in competitive markets.
She is the creator of the training program Stellar App Business, through which she trains founders, product managers, and marketing teams so they can independently manage the growth of their mobile apps.
